Lee Anne Tourigny recently earned her Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Community Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She currently works as a co-op at Charlotte Water on their Workforce Development Team and PhotovoiceWorldwide as Project Coordinator.

Previously, at UNC Charlotte’s Career Center, Lee Anne led disability-focused outreach initiatives, focusing on helping students with disabilities navigate college and the workplace. She has presented her work at multiple conferences, including the North Carolina Association of Colleges and Employers and TEDx UNC Charlotte, and has published research and creative works focused on disability inclusion and participatory photography. Passionate about collaboration and accessibility, Lee Anne is dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion through education, research, and community partnerships.
