Steph is a multimedia artist who enjoys creating collages, embroidered photos, and other pieces of visual art. Currently pursuing a number of projects and business endeavors, Steph is very interested in wild foods, and enjoys studying and practicing plant and mushroom identification. Her learning pursuits also include farming and foraging, anti-racism/anti-oppression, as well as new art forms. Educated at York University in Ontario, Canada, Steph graduated with an Honors Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in International Development Studies. Widely traveled from a young age, she has been to 36 countries. Her ancestral heritage is diverse, including ancestors from Goa, India.
